Pay up front for orders.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Must be paid in USD
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 2+ Months
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
TERMS OF SERVICE• By accepting the Terms Of Service, you are giving me permission to share the artwork on social media, in commission examples, and in advertisements.
If you do not wish for your piece to be used in these ways, please tell me in advance.• You MUST have a clear digital reference readily available. No sketch references.• Payments are only accepted via PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE SENT VIA FRIENDS AND FAMILY ONLY!
I'm very sorry if that is an inconvenience but it is what it is.• All payments MUST be upfront.
If extra time is needed, you can request an extra 48 hours. HOWEVER, work will not be started until a full payment is received.• If you buy a commission and then flake out after I request payment, you will be blacklisted and blocked.• If a refund is requested, I will only refund 30%. I do not do full refunds.• If you try to scam a refund, you will be blacklisted and blocked.
You will also lose any and all rights to any pieces I made for you.• You have permission to repost your commission(s) to your social media only if proper credit is given.
A simple "drawn by pipgea" works perfectly but a link to my social(s) is recommended.• DO NOT claim my art as your own work.• DO NOT trace or heavily reference my work.• You MUST be 18+ to commission NSFW art from me. You must send proof of age via ID.
Breaking this rule will result in a blacklist, a block, and I will warn other artists of you.• I do not send progress shots. It interrupts my work flow and I will get distracted.
If you wish to be given progress shots, please tell me and I will send them.• If you request to see the sketch beforehand, I allow 3 revisions for free during the sketch phase. After that, you will be charged a revision fee depending on how big the changes are and what phase we are on.
Revisions that were my error are free. (I.E wrong color, missing piercings, wrong pattern, and I was provided with the correct example already.)• Please allow me up to 3 months to finish a piece.
I normally do same day completion of ordering. The time allotted is mostly in cases of emergency and personal life reasons.• YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO RESELL MY WORK AS "NFTS". In doing so, I will blacklist and block you. I will be taking legal action as well.If you are currently commissioning me and you have read the Terms of Services, please send me "I have fully read and accept the TOS." and we will begin to work together.
